All are Welcome!
On March 6, 2025 at 5pm, GW6 and TransMIT's Rally for Gender-Inclusive Rights will kickoff a new series of events hosted on the MIT campus, on the steps of the Student Center at 84 Massachusetts Avenue. Together we will create a safe space for our threatened communities of women and gender minorities to find solidarity. Together, we will use our voices to protest any and all discriminatory attacks on our rights, to connect attendees with groups that can offer them the resources to make it through difficult times, and to connect local advocacy and mutual aid groups with attendees that may wish to join with their efforts or offer their time to volunteer.
You will hear from experienced activists, describing what they've learned from long-standing efforts to fight the forces that be. Community members whose rights are endangered by gender-based discrimination and persecution will have the chance to speak up, share their unique experiences, and help raise calls to action in the name of their struggles.
You need bring nothing but yourself, as water and basic aid will be provided, but feel free to bring any signs or other non-violent messages that express why you choose to come and fight today, and forever. In solidarity.
